1. Warranty Coverage

Our 28-gauge galvanized steel roof panels are covered by a comprehensive warranty to ensure your satisfaction and protect your investment. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship, including peeling, cracking, and fading of the color coating, for a period of 20 years from the date of purchase.

*Fading as described here refers to abnormal fading:

 

If your metal roof experiences significant color changes over a short period of time, or uneven fading, this may be a coating quality issue or a problem with the coating process. In this case, it can be considered a quality issue.

2. Warranty Claims

If you encounter any issues covered by the warranty during the warranty period, please contact us immediately. To make a warranty claim, you must provide evidence of the defect. We reserve the right to inspect the product to determine the validity of the claim.

3. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, acts of nature, or any alterations made to the product. Additionally, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from exposure to extreme weather conditions.

4. Remedies

If a valid warranty claim is made and accepted, we will provide free replacements for damaged products. Installation is excluded. If the exact product is no longer available, we may provide a comparable product of equal value. Replacement products should be installed and used in the same location as the damaged product.

5. Limitations of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the replacement of defective products as outlined above. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits or property damage.

6. Transferability

This warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners of the property where the roof panels are installed.

7. Invalidation

The warranty period is valid when the company is in normal operation. If the company is closed, transferred, or suspended, the warranty will become invalid along with the company’s status.

8. Disagreement

If there is any disagreement on this policy, we retain the right of final interpretation and decision.
